My dinner tonight!
Udon noodles with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, squash, peas, Lima beans, corn, and green beans. :)

Whole wheat pasta with a creamy tomato pepper and fake beef sauce.

Needed to bake something for the end of the year gathering at work. So I decided on vegan chocolate “cheese” cake cupcakes with a yummy peanut butter frosting, and some vegan brownies with homemade powdered sugar.

The cheese cake is very good but I think I’m going to tweak it a little bit next time.

I hope my coworkers will enjoy it.
